Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in practice management, operational excellence, patient experience, and service development, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare.

Outside of work, Carla enjoys martial arts fitness, the gym and maintaining an active lifestyle. She and her husband have 4 children and live on the Somerset Levels. Any free time is divided between motorsport and her smallholding, where she has bred a famous flock of Valais Blacknose sheep.
